We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Project Coordinator to help manage our commercial lighting retrofit projects. This role offers the flexibility of part-time work with the potential for a full-time position as we grow. ( No Remote Work Here)

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Relations: Manage and exceed our customers' expectations, keeping project ownership/management updated on progress.

Team Collaboration: Work directly with company Owners, vendors (for ordering and equipment delivery), and our field technicians to ensure smooth project execution.

Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end progress of multiple lighting projects.

Data Management: Utilize your working knowledge of Google Sheets for organization and tracking.

Travel: Be willing to travel occasionally throughout the greater Portland area and to remote job sites. We provide a company car for travel, and cover per-diem and hotels for overnight work.

What We're Looking For:

Exceptional customer relationship skills are a must.

Strong computer and technical aptitude (Google Sheets proficiency required).

A professional, "dress for success" approach.
